Financial Policies:

Thank you for choosing Vista Family Dentistry as your dental care provider.  Dr V, Dr. Megan, and our entire dental team remain committed to providing you and your family with comprehensive care using current techniques and high quality materials.

We accept most dental insurance plans here at Vista Family Dentistry.  We are happy to file a claim for you and estimate your co-payment (you will be responsible for the non-covered portion of your treatment).  We can make no guarantee of any estimated coverage or payment from your insurance carrier, and our relationship is with you personally…NOT your insurance carrier.  The type of plan chosen by you and/or your employer determines your insurance benefits.  Because our friendly office staff is always willing to assist you with questions about your insurance coverage, please feel free to contact us at 262-717-9104.

We are sensitive to your financial needs, and believe no patient should be left without care due to lack of financial or payment options.  Please understand that full payment of your account balance is considered part of your treatment agreement with us.  As such, we offer a wide range of payment options to help meet your needs.  Our detailed financial policies can be found in our financial agreement, which we require you to read and sign prior to treatment.

Vista Family Dentistry Payment Information:

We will send you a monthly statement.

We accept Cash, Check, Visa, Discover, MasterCard, and American Express.

We offer a 10% Senior Discount to patients (not their family members) at age 65 and older.

We request that patients without dental insurance be prepared to pay at the time of service.

We accept CareCredit.  CareCredit offers third party deferred interest financing options upon approval.  For more information or to apply, visit www.carecredit.com.
